A blog worth watching

A contact of ours Moritz Stefaner has just entered the blog arena.

Moritz flash ui skills are really brilliant .. we use one of his components for the remote team visualisation UI in TeamR. Your can find his blog at http://well-formed-data.net and his projects/work site at http://der-mo.net

Here is how we use Moritz's component tool within our TeamR web based administration tool:

All change at Computer Assets

We have just switched our internal focus from TeamR vr 2.1 to two new products.

A workshop version of our remote team training courseware is being finalised and we have two early adopter clients taking it within the next 4 weeks.

Within the company .. the pace is picking up now on the testing sign-off for version 2.2 of our product TeamR - a tool for remote team collaboration. It is a perfomance tweak on the 2.1 product we released last month.

We also have begun work on the release cycle for TeamR version 3.0 - scheduled for release Q1 2007 .. which, as you would guess, I am very excited about.

eHampshire eventing - buffets, arcades and virtual worlds

On Tuesday of this week I was up in Winchester - eventing for the company and chin-wagging with various public sector prospects about what we do as a company and various public sector flexible /remote working projects. Although this area is still very early market and advice /education are still the main requirements from the delegates - I was very pleased to hear an great tech presentation on virtual worlds from Roo Reynolds, the IBM guru 'MetaVerse Evangelist' - that's his job title .. I kid you not. Stay tuned for some more postings on the 3d rendering of virtual environments from me in the future.
